Anastasia A. was born in Perm, Russia, began ballroom dancing at the age of 5 and was part of the formation team “Circle of Friends.” She went on to become 5-Time Russian Champion and represented Russia in the European and World Championships.

After moving to the United States, she became a 3-Time United States Nine-Dance Champion and was also named the United States Theatrical Arts Champion. After retiring from professional competition, Anastasia owned a ballroom dance studio in Buffalo NY. She currently travels throughout the country lecturing, teaching and training dancers of all levels.
