Because of this, you will not only get fit, but you’ll have fun doing it. And your favorite instructors are there to guide you along the way.
Your Dance Fitness Journey
Our programs help to put our dance fitness classes in the order for a journey that is just the right fit for you. We combine our warm ups/cool downs, dance cardio and toning dance classes creating unique fitness programs. Choose your fitness level, and/or dance level and begin a 30, 60 or 90 class program. As a result, you’ll be able to keep your routines fresh and exciting.
Take your classes every day, three times a week or whatever works for your schedule. Follow along while our instructors bring you through a variety of dance styles and types specifically put together to achieve a stated goal. As a result, My Body By dance will become a lasting part of your overall fitness routine!
Taking a dance program will also help you achieve the weekly recommended amount of exercise for good health. According to the Mayo Clinic, most healthy adults should get “…at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week.”
