Cardio Dance Workouts For Two
There is never a better time than NOW in terms of spending more time with your loved ones. You and your partner both need to be fit – for yourselves, for each other, to enjoy life, and perhaps as an important part of role modeling to your children. But being fit shouldn’t pull you apart for more time everyday – why not dance together? Get fit together AND learn your favorite ballroom and Latin dance moves. It’s a dance class and cardio workout in one!
Take our Partnership classes or sign up for one of our partnership programs and have an “at home date night” whenever you want. You can do it as one of your classes weekly or commit to dancing together three times per week. It’ll be fun to see the results when you’re each getting a total body workout.
Dance Workout Videos For Couples
Dancing has an inherent association as something that you traditionally do with a partner. Fitness on the other hand has the opposite correlation. We love dancing solo and most of the workouts on MBBD are designed for you to do them alone.
We also know that couples don’t spend nearly enough time together. Statistics show that most of the time that married couples spend together is watching television. Dancing can bring you and your partner together in a fun, sexy, romantic activity that not only brings positivity to your relationship, it provides you both with all of the health benefits that dance fitness creates.
