What is the Re-Inventing ME - 90 Day Journey?
The Re-Inventing Me Journey is about being part of a positive judgement-free community that is working together to reach the shared goal of increased health and healthy mindsets. MBBD’s mission is to tap into all individuals’ love of dance and revitalize their health and fitness through exhilarating and expressive movement to music. Our Re-Inventing ME 90-Day Journey works to make this a reality for all participants. Led by our Managing Director Kimberly Haidinger, the journey includes:
LIVE dance fitness classes 4 times per week via the MBBD website
Motivational Support via our MBBD Re-Inventing ME private texting group and/or private Facebook Group
How does the Re-Inventing ME 90-Day Journey work?
Accessing the Re-Inventing ME 90-Day Journey is easy! It is all included with your regular MBBD monthly subscription. As a member, you can access the LIVE Class experience via the LIVE Class drop down on the main menu. The Re-Inventing ME classes are every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6:00 a.m. No worries if you miss a class, all classes are archived and available on the website immediately after each session.
To join the community via text message, text I’m Re-Inventing ME to 860.269.5447, we will add you to the private Facebook Group and send out additional resources, motivation, and important reminders via text. The entire MBBD Re-Inventing ME community can also ask questions and share experiences with each other. Not yet a subscriber, click here to join us.
Why should I participate with MBBD in the Re-Inventing ME 90 Day Journey?
Why not! You have nothing to lose! You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Membership tab on the main menu. So, why not give it a shot? There are so many reasons why we all need to be healthier, more relaxed and more vital.

The idea is to take baby steps to a healthy body that looks and feels better. The motivation behind this first journey came directly from our Managing Director Kim:
MBBD is launching this first 90-day journey live beginning February 15, 2021 and going through May 13, 2021.
Why not take a chance on yourself and see what you can do to re-invent yourself in 90 days? The Re-Inventing ME 90-Day Journey will remain permanently in the program section of our On Demand Class library.

Wednesday, March 17 at 6:00p.m. – Creating the Ideal Lifestyle for Optimal Nutritional Success
Wednesday, March 24 at 6:00 p.m. – Timing of Meals: Should you be fasting? How many meals per day should you eat?
Wednesday, March 31 at 6:00 p.m. – Carbs. Should you eat them? When? How much? What kind?
Wednesday, April 7 at 6:00 p.m. – Fats. Are you getting enough?
Wednesday, April 21 at 6:00 p.m. – Protein and maintaining lean muscle mass and optimal metabolism.
Wednesday, April 28 at 6:00 p.m. – Fiber needs for optimal GI function, detoxification, and cardiovascular health.

What do I need to know before I get started to Maximize My Success?
We recommend that you take a quick personal assessment of your current health and fitness level. This is for you alone, unless you are thrilled with your Re-Inventing ME results, and want to share it with us in our Member Spotlight. We’d LOVE to feature an article about you and your successful story at the end of your journey. No pressure, but if you would like to share your experience in our Member Spotlight please email Kimberly@mybodybydance.com for more information. And, no worries if you prefer to remain anonymous, this is about you and totally for you, so you do you!
